Buns n Rolls began as a single counter selling bánh mì the way it's made on the streets of Vietnam.

Word travelled fast, and the counter turned into 11+ locations  across the North Island,

each one still run the same way: fresh bread daily, broth simmered for twelve hours, herbs picked heavy.

We're not a chain trying to taste like street food. We're street food that happened to grow up
